Emotional Alchemy Retreat
The Magical Play of Taking & Giving
Gaia Villa, A Joshua Tree Retreat Center

Fri, 1/24 -  Mon, 1/2

Instead of trying to push away the negative emotional states we carry, we can feel them and transform them into the supreme mind of compassion. This is the practice of alchemy, where we take our own poisons and transmute them into gold. The practice of Taking and Giving, is one of Buddha’s most skillful and powerful methods to transform our negative thoughts and feelings into the mind of great compassion, which has the power to benefit not only ourselves but all living beings.
