Every parent wants their child to be happy, healthy, and successful in life. Through simple Buddhist teachings and meditations, children will learn methods to solve their problems, keep a peaceful mind, and become happy individuals.
Children will be gently guided through relaxing meditations, giving them techniques to gain confidence, concentration, and consideration for others.
These classes include discussions relevant to children’s everyday experiences, story-telling, activities and crafts. They are designed to help them see things in a way that makes them calmer and happier.
