About this event
Extended retreat on Buddhist techniques to transform trauma & difficult emotions. Alchemy is the science of transforming something poisonous into medicine. Buddha's teachings allow us to transform the inner poison of our traumas, negative beliefs, and difficult emotions, into the medicine of wisdom and compassion. In this course we will learn some of these practices and engage in them step by step so that we may profoundly benefit ourselves and others through them. These practices are especially helpful for problems that are resilient and difficult to overcome.

• Cost: $400 - $575  (depending on accommodation type). Includes accommodations, meals, teachings, and guided meditations.
