Currently our classes are being held Mission Viejo (Monday evenings) and Newport Beach (Thursday evenings). It’s just a short drive and we hope you will join us.

General Program Classes

Meditation Classes are currently offered Monday evenings (Mission Viejo) and Thursday evenings (Newport Beach), from 7:15 to 9:15pm., $12 a Class.

General Program Format

Each class is two hours long and is broken down into several sections. We start with an introduction to the topic to be covered. We then still our minds with a guided 10 minute breathing meditation. It is followed by a 50 minute commentary on the actual meditation practice, then 15 minute guided meditation on the topic that was covered, a 15 minute intra-class discussion and closing with 15 minutes for questions and answers. Each class is self-contained and can be enjoyed on a drop-in basis. See here for more details. No registration is required.
