Current Series
In this course, we will develop an understanding of the remarkable methods for developing inner peace and mental strength that Buddha taught. The approach we will take is guaranteed to stimulate an entirely new way of recognizing the meaning of confidence. Through practicing the methods and meditations, we will gain deep realizations of the real meaning of our life. We will come to understand how love and unbiased compassion can transform our mind. These powerful teachings will help us to become contented, fulfilled, and confident no matter our circumstances.
These classes are based on, The Mirror of Dharma, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This text gives profound and practical instructions on how to put Buddha’s teachings or Dharma, into practice.
Erich has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years and studies in the Foundation Program and Teacher Training Program. His kindness and good humor is admired as he enjoys sharing his love of Dharma with everyone he meets. Because of his incredible faith and understanding of Kadam Dharma.
